Day1:- Brain storming session- The teacher will ask the pre reading question.
Who cleans your school?
Who cures you when you are sick?
Who cuts your hair?
Learners discuss in peer-groups(interaction session) what community services they use?(ppt will be shown)
Homework:-Make a list of tha persons who help you along with the area of help(except your family)
Day2 :-The teacher will introduce the learners the types of community services i.e comfort of travellers, tree plantation, sources of water. (Illustrative method)

Day3:- The teacher will discuss water harvesting in olden times.

Day4:- The teacher will introduce community service provided by govt. In modern times like water and electric supply,hospital,school, roads,market, sanitation.(inductive method)
