TEACHING STRATEGY

·
Importance of the manufacturing industries will be discussed through the interaction method wherein students
themselves tell the need of industries in day to day life.
·
The industries will be classified using the flow chart. Explanation of the flow chart will be using the video in which different
industries are classified using examples so that students can correlate with
them.
·
Teacher will give explanation about the factors influencing the
location of an industry through a flow
chart and give some examples.
·
The major industrial regions of the world and India will be
explained using the map activity.
Afterwards students will take the help of the maps shown and fill their own
maps.
·
Major industries of the world will be explained through the reciprocal teaching method.

Peer groups can be made to help the weak students

Correction of the mistakes should be done in the notebooks.
